Stew Chicken with potatoes and carrots.
(Portion is for 4-5 person)
Healthy: rrrr (U can have this as a main course as well)
500g of chicken
2 red onions
2 teaspoon of light soya sauce
1 pack of chicken broth
400g of potatoes
100g of carrots
1) Wash and dry the chicken, marinate chicken with light soya sauce for 10 mins
2) Heat the wok with one soupspoon of oil (mid flames), Pan fry it till lightly brown. Add in potatoes and carrots. Fry for 5 mins. Add in whole pack of chicken broth and stew it with small flames. (For 15-20 mins or till the potatoes turn soft)
3) Add in a little corn starch for a thicker sauce.
