Though all my staff are regarded it as stupid habit but it is very important thing that the manager must check whether their staff leave the office or not from safety point of view.

I can see how this whole thing will be if XXX really do as told.


AAA walking out of office and lift door open.
XXX ran up to her and said “AAA. I need to take the lift with you to ensure the lift reach the ground floor. Safety reason...”
Lift reached ground floor.
XXX : ok. AAA! I am going up now… coz BBB & CCC are still in office. I need to ensure everyone reach the ground floor safe & sound.


But he get one thing for sure. It is STUPID!
